Résumé

Les cardiopathies sont les malformations congénitales les plus fréquentes et concernent près de 1 % des naissances [1]. Les progrès du dépistage prénatal et de la prise en charge médicochirurgicale ont permis une augmentation conséquente du diagnostic prénatal et une réduction de la mortalité et morbidité néonatales liées aux cardiopathies congénitales [2]. La gestion des incertitudes pronostiques est une tâche complexe justifiant une prise en charge pluridisciplinaire. Le développement de la cardiologie fœtale interventionnelle est encore fragile.
