Le traitement du cancer du sein a connu ces dernières années de profonds changements, dominé initialement par les nouvelles drogues de chimiothérapie et les thérapies ciblées. La radiothérapie n’est pourtant pas en reste. Outre les facteurs classiques de décision thérapeutique, des outils émergents sont à la disposition du médecin.
