Résumé
Les cliniciens souhaitent disposer de biomarqueurs sélectionnant les patientes porteuses d’un cancer du sein RE+ qui pourraient ne pas recevoir de chimiothérapie. Le degré de prolifération cellulaire est un élément essentiel dans ce choix : Ki-67 est connu depuis de nombreuses années et est facilement réalisé par les anatomopathologistes, mais il n’est pas considéré comme un standard dans la pratique quotidienne.
