Résumé

Le carcinome canalaire in situ (CCIS) est une lésion précancéreuse développée au sein d’un canal galactophore dont la définition anatomopathologique est l’absence de franchissement de la membrane basale. La mortalité est faible de 1,5 à 2 % à 10 ans, il s’agit donc de lésions de très bon pronostic. L’auteur a déclaré n’avoir aucun lien d’intérêt.
