Résumé
Le leader crée les conditions qui rendront l’amélioration de la valeur possible. La littérature est unanime sur son rôle déterminant pour le succès de tout projet. Mais alors, que devons-nous faire lorsque nous sommes rattachés à un leader qui ne soutient pas cette amélioration ? Chaque cadre peut, sur le long terme, influencer les dirigeants des niveaux supérieurs afin que ceux-ci créent des conditions propices à l’amélioration. Il peut aussi assumer son rôle à l’égard de sa base en analysant les données, en communiquant la direction, en motivant, en évaluant et en soutenant la pérennisation des améliorations.
