Résumé
L’incapacité aiguë à respirer normalement est une des situations les plus pénibles qu’on puisse vivre [1]. Le BLUE-protocol concentre 18 années d’eff orts (principalement des soumissions répétées) qui ont visé à soulager ces patients asphyxiques.
La dyspnée sévère est une des situations les plus éprouvantes pour un patient. Viser à améliorer le diagnostic afin de permettre une thérapeutique immédiate adaptée est un objectif raisonnable.
