Résumé
L’infertilité est définie pour l’Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS) par l’absence de grossesse au bout de 24 mois de rapports sexuels réguliers non protégés chez les couples en âge de procréer (femme âgée de 18 à 45 ans). Après 2 ans, 5 % des couples sont dits infertiles avec un taux de grossesse spontanée proche de zéro (1).
