Résumé

Le succès de la radiothérapie dépend principalement, et classiquement, de la dose totale délivrée de manière homogène au niveau de la tumeur. Cependant, la délivrance de cette dose est limitée par la tolérance des tissus sains dans le volume irradié [1]. La préservation de la qualité de ces tissus est donc une préoccupation majeure intégrée dans la prise en charge quotidienne et le suivi des patients. L’utilisation des probabilités de complications des tissus sains (NTCP) lors de la dosimétrie préthérapeutique reflète cette préoccupation [2].
