Résumé

Les plaies des nerfs collatéraux palmaires doivent être considérées comme des lésions graves. À ce titre, il est nécessaire qu’elles soient traitées en urgence par des opérateurs entraînés aux techniques de réparation microchirurgicale. En cas d’échec, elles font en effet courir au patient un risque de névromes douloureux, de paresthésies, d’hypo- ou d’anesthésies pulpaires dont le retentissement peut être sévère, en particulier pour la fonction des pulpes dominantes.
