Résumé
Au cours des 20 dernières années, dans le cadre des lésions des tendons fléchisseurs, la principale préoccupation des chirurgiens et des kinésithérapeutes a été de trouver des moyens efficaces et reproductibles pour limiter les adhérences et éviter le flessum IPP, deux des causes principales des mauvais résultats, notamment en zone II. La problématique est quand et comment mobiliser les doigts opérés ?
