Résumé

Les pertes de substances tendineuses au niveau des tendons fléchisseurs de la main représentent un challenge thérapeutique difficile, même pour des équipes aguerries à la chirurgie de la main. Ces pertes de substances sont souvent associées à des traumatismes multi-tissulaires, nécessitant des gestes de reconstruction complexe associant une restauration des tendons fléchisseurs, du canal digital en zone II et une couverture cutanée correcte.
