Résumé
Les lambeaux bipédiculés fascio-cutanés reposent sur la technique très ancienne de l’incision dite de décharge, qui permet d’avancer une bande cutanée qui reste munie de ses charnières aux deux extrémités. Cette technique connaît actuellement un regain d’intérêt en raison de sa facilité de mise en œuvre moyennant quelques affinements techniques.
