Résumé
Le lambeau supramalléolaire latéral est un lambeau fascio-cutané prélevé sur la face latérale de la partie distale de jambe. Il répond typiquement à la définition d’un lambeau perforant, puisqu’il est basé sur une perforante cutanée issue elle-même du rameau perforant de l’artère fibulaire. Ce rameau perforant de l’artère fibulaire émerge de la loge postérieure de jambe en traversant la membrane interosseuse dans l’angle distal formé par le tibia et la fibula, puis chemine sur le ligament tibio-fibulaire antérieur et rejoint le sinus du tarse en passant à la face profonde du muscle court extenseur des orteils, pour s’anastomoser avec le système tarsien issu de l’artère dorsale du pied.
