Les fractures ouvertes de jambe regroupent une grande variété de situations et de traitements à effectuer en urgence, mais aussi des complications septiques ou osseuses qui vont demander des traitements chirurgicaux répétés. Leur sévérité pronostique est fonction de l’état de dévascularisation et du degré d’atteinte des parties molles.
