Résumé
Les dysnatrémies représentent les troubles hydroélectrolytiques les plus fréquemment rencontrés en périopératoire et chez les patients de réanimation. Dans un premier chapitre, quelques rappels physiopathologiques sur les mécanismes de l’hydratation intracellulaire et de la régulation de la balance hydrique seront brièvement abordés. Connaître l’impact des modifications de la natrémie sur le volume cérébral est indispensable pour comprendre la symptomatologie et le traitement des dysnatrémies. Les deux derniers chapitres seront consacrés aux hyponatrémies et hypernatrémies en développant pour chacune d’elles la démarche diagnostique et thérapeutique.
