Abstrait

La prévalence de l’arthrose chez les sujets âgés est de 50 à 80 % selon les séries. L’arthrose est une cause majeure de dépendance. Elle est citée chez 50 % des malades âgés dépendants. Elle altère la qualité, l’autonomie fonctionnelle des sujets âgés et contribue à leur isolement.
