Abstract

As pancreatic neoplasms include a large variety of tumours, we limit this review to those tumours whose treatment can lead to relatively good outcome. The therapeutic strategy in such cases remains controversial. In this chapter, we review the current management of endocrine tumours, cystic tumours and metastases to the pancreas.
