Résumé

Les fractures du calcaneus sont divisées en trois grands groupes:

  • les fractures parcellaires extra-articulaires;

  • les fractures articulaires calcanéo-cuboïdiennes sont rares et correspondent habituellement à un mécanisme de valgus forcé du médio-pied;

  • les fractures articulaires de la sous-talienne postérieure se produisent suite à un impact axial sur la grosse tubérosité du calcaneus. Cette fracture irradie fréquemment à l’articulation sous-taliennne antérieure et calcanéo-cuboïdienne.
