Abstrait

Le rôle du tabagisme passif a été beaucoup étudié, et la littérature traite principalement de la consommation maternelle pendant la grossesse. Les travaux sur l’exposition préconceptionnelle du père, rares il y a 20 ans, se multiplient actuellement. Les publications sur la consommation maternelle d’alcool et d’autres boissons restent assez peu nombreuses. Un autre aspect, plus récent, de cette littérature est la prise en compte croissante de polymorphismes génétiques qui modulent la réponse individuelle à ces consommations.
