La lombalgie en 2007: aspects pratiques

Résumé

Les indications des manipulations lombaires restent mal définies. Nous avons revu la littérature et présentons et discutons les principaux critères prédictifs d’un bon résultat. Ce sont: douleur récente, douleur d’origine vertébrale, absence de symptômes d’inflammation, pas d’irradiation sous le genou, rotation interne de hanche > 35 °, discrète hypomobilité lombaire et score au FABQ < 19.
