Mélanome uvéal postérieur (choroïde et/ou corps ciliaire)

Résumé

Le mélanome de la choroïde et/ou du corps ciliaire est la plus fréquente des tumeurs uvéales mélanocytiques. Le tractus uvéal antérieur comporte l’iris, et le tractus uvéal postérieur le corps ciliaire et la choroïde. L’iris est atteint dans seulement 3% des cas et présente des mélanomes essentiellement bénins (1). Les mélanomes oculaires (conjonctive et tractus uvéal) sont relativement rares (3%) par rapport aux mélanomes d’autres localisations (peau, muqueuses, ganglions…).
