Résumé
Les interactions entre le système immunitaire et les agents pathogènes peuvent conduire à des situations pathologiques très diverses, dont le développement de lymphomes. Plusieurs agents infectieux sont en effet associés à un risque de lymphome (tableau I). Les mécanismes mis en jeu dans la transformation maligne des lymphocytes aux cours des infections chroniques sont multiples et diffèrent en fonction des types d’agents infectieux.
