Résumé
Les lymphomes T périphériques, ainsi nommés du fait de leur origine post-thymique, représentent environ 10 % des lymphomes non hodgkiniens en Europe et en Amérique du Nord. Ils regroupent l’ensemble des proliférations clonales dérivées des différentes populations lymphocytaires T matures (TCRαβ et γδ) et NK. La classification OMS distingue trois groupes de lymphomes T périphériques: les lymphomes de présentation leucémique (leucémie/lymphome T de l’adulte, leucémie prolymphocytaire T, leucémie à cellules NK, leucémie T granulaire), les lymphomes de localisation extraganglionnaire (lymphome NK/T de type nasal, lymphome T associé aux entéropathies, lymphome T hépatosplénique, lymphome T de type panniculite sous-cutanée, lymphomes T cutanés primitifs), et les lymphomes de localisation ganglionnaire (lymphome T angioimmunoblastique, lymphome anaplasique systémique à grandes cellules, lymphome T périphérique sans autre spécificité).
