Apprécier la fonction sphinctérienne urinaire et anale en imagerie est difficile car, ďune part, ľanalyse morphologique du sphincter ne reflète pas systématiquement sa fonction, en particulier sur le plan urinaire, et, ďautre part, ľimagerie dynamique illustre un processus complexe où ľintervention de la fonction sphinctérienne n’est pas isolée.
