Abstrait

Les troubles urinaires et anorectaux sont reconnus pour altérer la vie quotidienne des patients. Ils sont responsables de troubles du sommeil, de dépression, ďanxiété de mauvaise estime de soi et ďisolement social (13). Ils sont explorés au cours ďun bilan clinique et paraclinique relativement standardisé: interrogatoire, calendriers mictionnel ou fécal, examen clinique neuropérinéal et urogénital, explorations urodynamiques, ou manométriques, et électrophysiologiques.
