Abstrait
Le diagnostic de cancer du sein peut être évoqué soit devant des signes radiologiques frustes, mis en évidence lors ďun cliché de dépistage, soit devant des signes cliniques souvent découverts par la patiente elle-même. Quelles que soient les circonstances, ce diagnostic reposera sur une confrontation clinicora-diologique et surtout sur une confirmation pathologique obtenue par biopsie.
