Abstrait

Le carcinome canalaire in situ (CCIS) correspond à une prolifération cellulaire maligne développée à ľintérieur des canaux galactophoriques et/ou des terminaisons ductolobulaires du sein. La lésion n’atteint pas la membrane basale et il n’y a donc pas de risque de dissémination ganglionnaire ou hématogène.
