Abstrait

La nutrition parentérale consiste à administrer par voie veineuse les différents nutriments dans des proportions équilibrées. Les nutriments doivent être choisis en fonction de leur composition tant qualitative que quantitative. Ils doivent aussi être apportés sous une forme chimique permettant une bonne utilisation biologique.
