Abstract
The seasonal transition of atmospheric circulation is an important subjects of atmospheric circulation research. In this area of research, it is necessary to study not only the mean conditions of atmosphere during each of the seasons, but also the transition between the various mean conditions. As long as there exists seasonal transition the structure and internal properties of the global atmospheric circulation will would experience pronounced changes, and as a result a series of important weather phenomena may take place, for instance, the Indian SW monsoon, the Mei-yu in the lower and middle reaches of Changjiang River, etc. For these reasons the seasonal transition of atmospheric circulation has attracted many scientists’ attention.
