Abstract
During the period of Meteorological Scientific Experiment of the Qinghai-Xizang Plateau from May to August 1979, six observation stations of solar radiation were set up, wherein the components of radiation balance at the ground surface were measured and some characteristic values of surface solar radiation on the Plateau were obtained. Some of these have not been reported in the literatures. In this paper some new facts and characteristic values of radiation field over the surface of Qinghai-Xizang Plateau are discussed.
