Abstract
Cancer-related fatigue (CrF) is distinguished from chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and other types of fatigue, although there are indeed some similarities and overlaps with respect to phenomenology and theoretical explanations [2]. if symptoms and signs of fatigue last for an extended period of time without a defined cause, and if other defined criteria are present, the patient should be diagnosed with CFS [3, 4]. This distinction is especially important to consider for fatigue in long-term cancer survivors.
