Abstract

Practically, neural networks or similar more complex systems can be mo delled with simultaneous computers only.

“We have at our disposal three important tools: the observation of Nature, analytic thought and experiment. Experiment gathers facts, analytic thought combines them: experiment verifies the results of the combination. Perseverance in the observation of Nature, profundity in thought and accuracy in experimentation are essential.”

Denis Diderot (5.10.171331.7.1784).
