Abstract
The problem of knowledge modelling in an intelligent personal assistant is strongly connected with the design process modelling. In the previous chapter we learned that in the designer’s computer notebook we find tools for capturing particular design process knowledge and for modelling it. We agreed on the following categories of knowledge:
