Abstract

This chapter introduces the Java class P0D used for storing one-dimensional numerical data. This class goes beyond simple general-purpose arrays, vectors and lists from the native Java platform. This chapter also discusses how to fill such data container in the most efficient way, how to generate statistical summaries and file input and output.
