There is a mild degree of narrowing of the right common iliac artery and eccentric plaque along the right lateral margin of the terminal aorta. Two areas of mild eccentric narrowing are noted along the margins of the left common iliac artery.
The main finding is the presence of two transplant renal arteries supplying the left iliac fossa transplant. The upper artery is widely patent. The more inferior artery demonstrates a kink just distal to its origin, resulting in a moderately severe degree of narrowing. Review of the color volume rendered images demonstrates a subtle discrepancy in perfusion of the lower one-half of the left kidney, with diminished image intensity apparent.
