status–post surgical treatment for left lower leg claudication

Now with right lower leg claudication.

The abdominal aorta is normal in contour and caliber. The renal arteries are patent bilaterally. Wedge-like peripheral defects are noted involving the periphery of the kidneys bilaterally, consistent with areas of prior scarring.
