Ontology can be treated as the background of an information system. If integration of some systems has to be performed, their ontologies must also be integrated. In this process it is often necessary to resolve conflicts (or inconsistency) between ontologies. In this chapter we present a classification of ontology conflicts and consensus-based methods for their resolution.
