Abstract
The chapter discusses the principles of surgical management of invasive bladder cancer. The muscle-invasive disease is an aggressive form of bladder malignancy and has a greater propensity for metastatic disease (1). In the last two decades, advances in chemotherapy and continent urinary diversion have given a new dimension to the management of muscle-invasive bladder cancer.
