Abstract
Bladder exstrophy is an uncommon congenital anomaly and is currently considered one of the urgent conditions in the domain of pediatric urology early repair is felt to increase the chance for urinary continence and reduce the morbidity associated with anatomic reconstruction of this congenital anomaly of the genitourinary tract. Anatomic reconstruction in the neonatal period is the current preferred surgical approach to exstrophy.
