Abstract/Scope of Chapter
The aberrations in B-cell growth signaling that characterize aggressive B-cell lymphomas, including large B-cell lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma, are discussed. The shift from paracrine to autocrine growth factor expression and the subsequent dysregulation of multiple ligand-receptor pathways are highlighted.
