Abstract
This chapter utilizes the information in the first four chapters to focus on dating events that have occurred in the previous 2 weeks. In the first 2 weeks after an infarction or hemorrhage, the imaging appearance of the involved brain undergoes dynamic changes that allow a more delimited estimation of the probable time of occurrence.
