Abstract

A 2-year-old boy whom you have seen in your practice since birth has had 2 weeks of subtle enlargement of a 1 cm round mass at the nasion. His parents were concerned because it seemed to get larger the previous night when he was crying and this morning a large dark hair extruded from a pore in the center.
