Abstract
Milt continues to publish reports on cosmic events while biding his time as an assistant to the sidereal staff. As a night-time assistant he has a run in with a particularly well known scientist, Henry Norris Russell who is a regular visitor to the observatory. An event surrounding the repair of the 100-inch telescope seals Milt’s promotion to the staff at Mount Wilson.
