Abstract
Arthroscopic management of elbow arthritis and inflammatory synovitis has become common. Numerous studies have documented equivalent or improved outcomes with arthroscopic elbow debridement and synovectomy in comparison to open surgical techniques. With careful attention to surgical anatomy, arthroscopy is safe and reliable. In this chapter, case presentations are used to help the reader correlate preoperative advanced imaging with intraoperative arthroscopic findings. Furthermore, arthroscopic techniques for the management of elbow degenerative and inflammatory arthritis are discussed and illustrated.
