Abstract
The value of diagnostic imaging in identification of pain pathology cannot be under estimated. This chapter informs the reader of the various diagnostic imaging modalities and their indications. Some imaging modalities such as CT scan, ultrasound, and fluoroscopy also have significant medical utility in facilitating image-guided therapeutic or diagnostic interventions in the field of pain medicine.
