Abstract

Cervical back pain is a common medical condition with many potential causes. A thorough evaluation is required to determine the etiology and the response to interventional techniques is often favorable when coupled with a multimodal treatment approach. In this chapter, techniques for interlaminar epidural steroid injections, cervical facet joint injections, cervical medial branch blockade, and radiofrequency ablation will be described.
