Abstract
The vast majority of churches, synagogues, and mosques do not currently have a domestic violence policy. This chapter describes how domestic violence policy components from corporate documents can be used to create the foundation for a faith community policy. Stepwise guidelines for clinicians working with religious institutions to form a systematic, comprehensive domestic violence policy are outlined.
