Abstract

In this chapter we shall study the longtime behavior of the local solutions of the IVP associated to the nonlinear Schrödinger equation. We will discuss global well-posedness results and describe some blow-up results. We end the chapter with some remarks and comments regarding the issues discussed in the previous sections.
