Abstract
Clinical history: A 50-year-old female presents complaining of urinary frequency, urgency, and nocturia. Physical exam shows normal genitalia without evidence of pelvic organ prolapse or hypermobility. During urodynamic testing the patient reports early first sensation at a volume of 56 cc and reaches maximum cystometric capacity at 277 cc (Fig. 20.1).
