Abstract

I am about to present another problem (a wicked problem). Before I do, it would be useful for you to plan how you would tackle it. You know nothing about the nature of the problem except that it is going to be considerably different from the Triangle problem in Chapter 1. Try to list a number of steps or stages you think that you are likely to go through in order to solve this new problem. In order to get the most out of the next few pages you should make an attempt to plan your problem solving strategy and then try to use it to tackle the problem situation in Frame 2.1.
